Pamela at Carroll's Florist was wonderful. She acknowledged my order, almost immediately and corrected an error that I had made on the delivery address. They let me know that changes needed to be made to my original order and the arrangement was far more beautiful than the picture on their website. They even let me know when the flowers were delivered. I highly recommend using Carroll's Florist. The arrangements and staff are a welcome experience compared to the typical internet, 800 number florist.
