Carroll’s florist has always acted professionally and transparent. Flowers are extremely difficult to get in this post Covid world and the woman at Carrolls (sorry blanking on her name) was very transparent up front the flowers I chose may not all be available. The ones she chose are beautiful and we’ll definitely be back!
