Online Checkout was easy. Feedback on status was acceptable. Deliverer followed directions as given. Recipient was please. My only disappointment was the price for a very local delivery and the picture on the website gave the impression of more orange than pink, yet the picture the recipient sent me as a THANK YOU has more pink carnations than I would have wanted. Maybe have more than one photo of suggested bouquet or breakdown the component flowers. Arrangement of what was send was very nice- Thank You
