Beverly Holiday Flower Delivery

I can not say enough about Pamela and her amazing floral designs and customer service. She personalized a phenomenal sympathy floral arrangement for me. She also called to inform me of what she designed and sent photos since I could not travel there due to the pandemic and I was 6 hours away. We are from out of town and ordered flowers on line. The flowers we ordered were not available so someone personally called me to let me know that it would have to be substituted for a larger one at no extra cost. The flowers were delivered the same day. Great customer service.

i did not attend the wake/funeral and so never saw the flowers. i have as yet to get any feedback from relatives who did attend, so i'm unable to provide you w/any in person review. but! i did get your email informing me that the flowers were hand delivered and was thankful for that information. so, it seems to me that your organizational skills are excellent!

The bouquet was above and beyond my expectations.

Pamela at Carroll's Florist was wonderful. She acknowledged my order, almost immediately and corrected an error that I had made on the delivery address. They let me know that changes needed to be made to my original order and the arrangement was far more beautiful than the picture on their website. They even let me know when the flowers were delivered.

I highly recommend using Carroll's Florist. The arrangements and staff are a welcome experience compared to the typical internet, 800 number florist.

Amazing!! I made a last minute order for my grandfathers funeral and they were amazing!!! I am so grateful that they were able to get the flowers there with limited time! I couldn't be for thankful! Since I am out of state I was not able to be there or see the flowers in person but they kept me updated and even sent me pictures of them! Absolutely you should order from Carroll's Florist!
